Philips AM portable radio – D1036 – tested & working – vintage late 1970s

Vintage portable AM radio – based on model number either late 70s or very early 80s. Takes two AA batteries, will be removed for posting however has been tested and working. Bit of a crackle when tuning but once you find an AM station the sound is pretty clear. Beautiful “dull brown” colour, very representative of the era!

Tested and working am radio. Loud at half volume for something so small. Battery compartment clean. Takes 4 C cell batteries. Volume pot could use some cleaning so before shipping I will spray it with some pot cleaner.
