This is a Vintage Sony ICF-5900W Radio with FM MW SW1 SW2 SW3 a World Band Multi 5 Band Receiver Made in Japan. The antenna top has broken off (Part number appears to be a Telescopic Antenna #1-501-155-00) and the meter doesn’t seam to be responding when searching stations, as it is pegged to the right.
