This has been tested and both the radio and cassette player (play function) work. You do have to have the volume turned pretty loud to be able to hear it and there is some static. I did not test the record function because I did not have a blank tape. Also included in this listing is a Realistic brand MIC (not tested) as well as the receipt from 1980 where the MIC was purchased at Radio Shack in Alabama. I am not sure if the power adaptor is the original (see pictures).
